The 5-4 ruling said the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act that Congress passed and President Bush signed into law in 2003 does not violate a woman’s constitutional right to an abortion.
This is one guaranteed to drive the feminazi left crazy – but as far as the Chief is concerned this decision marks the end of a hideous practice that never should have been allowed in the first place.
