nuclear officials kidnapped

Four officials from the Atomic Energy Commission in Pakistan have been kidnapped from their offices by armed men and taken away in three vehicles. Police said the vehicles used in the abduction belonged to the commission. The identity of the kidnappers and the motive for the abduction are still not known, the Dawn.com reported Monday. The AEC office was set up a few years ago after high-grade uranium was discovered in Kohat, Pakistan.
