MINNESOTA TRUCKER’S ROLLING 9-11 MEMORIAL

Have you heard about this trucker who has painted his cab and trailer with the names of all those who lost their lives in 9/11? The trucker’s name is John Holmgren from Shafer, Minn. He has been “pulled over” numerous times just so the troopers can get their picture taken with the truck. The names & images were painted on by Applied Images, Fargo, North Dakota.

These pictures were received by e-mail from my daughter…the artwork speaks for itself.

This is taking the thoughts and sentiments of the Darrell Worley song Have You Forgotten? to a higher level of personal action.

This makes me realize yet once more how great the folks can be out here in “flyover country” on the northern plains. Maybe some of my redneck Alabama ancestry is coming out here, but the Chief thinks this is too cool for words!
